A Message from Coach Karen
Hey there. I'm Coach Karen. In 2013 my partner and I opened a Physical Therapy clinic in Jersey. I had the pleasure of working with thousands of women who really wanted to get fit and improve their quality of life, but were apprehensive about exercise.
Now, I'm on a mission to help women 50+ yo near Hendersonville, NC to improve their independence, and their ability to do things for themselves. Even if you have aches and pains or a physical disability, I can help you to get more fit and more mobile.
Exercise doesn't have to be intimidating or painful. You too can continue to enjoy walking your dog, playing with your grandchildren, going on the occasional hike, and taking care of your home.

Meet Coach Karen
With a background in dance and theatre, Coach Karen is a Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach who has been teaching in the fitness and rehabilitation industry for over 12 years. As co-owner of Moment Physical Therapy in Madison, NJ, Karen worked with thousands of patients by helping them to properly execute their therapeutic exercises. As a person who's struggled with chronic back pain since age twelve, Coach Karen practices what she preaches by utilizing exercise to manage and overcome her own physical struggle. Coach Karen believes in the mantra “Balance the System to Eliminate the Symptom” and uses this principle to guide all of her training sessions. When she's not training, Karen likes to go hiking and mountain biking with her husband and 9 yo son, read a good book by a warm fire, or catch the opening night of a theatre performance.
